Spa Arrival

To ensure you get the most out of your spa experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

This allows time for a moment of relaxation before your treatment begins. Arriving late will shorten your session to ensure that other guests are accommodated on time.

Taxes & Gratuity

A 8.875% sales tax (subject to change) will be automatically added to your final bill for products. Additional gratuity is always appreciated but not required.

Appointments & Scheduling

To accommodate all of our guests, we maintain a reliable schedule. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the scheduled time to prevent inconvenience to the next guest.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priorities. Our treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are thoroughly sanitized after each guest, and we follow enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the spa.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. To avoid a 20% cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Missed (No-Show) appointments will be charged 20% of the service booked. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment.

Spa Attire

Most body treatments are best enjoyed without clothing, but we encourage you to wear what makes you feel most comfortable. Draping is always provided for privacy.

Health & Wellness Considerations

Your wellbeing is important to us. Please notify us at the time of booking if you have any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities that may affect your treatment.If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment until you are well.

Loss or Damage

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables with you during your visit.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchases. Unopened retail products may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt & photo proof. You have to ship it back to us on your own dime.

No cash or credit card refunds will be issued for services.

Guests & Age Requirements

We welcome both new and returning clients to experience our services. However, please note: Guests must be 18 years or older to receive spa treatments. Minors may receive specific services with parental consent with parent present—please inquire for details.

To maintain a relaxing, tranquil atmosphere, we ask that you silence your mobile phones and electronic devices upon arrival. Take this time to unplug, unwind, and be fully present.
